Hawker Bros Butchery Hawker Bros Butchery owner Mal Newley installed Grander Technology on advice from friend Don Allen and his success with smell problems on his farm. Mr Newley says they produce their our own bacon and ham, now they have a better colour, a deeper pink. They are brighter, and more moist yet they haven't changed their recipes in any way. Customers are saying bacon does not lose as much moisture now when it is cooked. Corned beef is more moist after cooking with beautiful flavour and better colour. By using Grander Technology:
